10 days of intense training organized in Cascia at Margelli Active Area located just 800 m from the Hotel Monte Meraviglia. Immersed in nature, Margelli Active Area is located just 800 m from the Hotel Monte Meraviglia. 1500m2 gym, outdoor fields in natural and synthetic grass, outdoor sand courts, and a swimming pool. Perfect facility not only for intense and effective training but also for a fun summer with your fencing mates. It will be a fantastic combination of intense training on the fencing strip and physical training with world-class coaches and fencing champions:

Our fencing camp is designed to challenge and support young fencers while having the best summer of their lives. The camp program created and run by world-renown coaches. The fencers will be grouped according to their skill level and competition experience. They will improve their footwork, blade work, distance control, strengthen fencing techniques and tactical skills.
Fencing-specific physical training under the careful guidance of the trainer of the Italian national fencing team Annalisa Coltorti and the trainer Carlo Coppi will be a fundamental part of the camp.
Two training sessions every day: 9:30 – 12:00 & 16:00 – 19:30.
The training program includes:
– technical and tactical fencing training
– fencing specific physical training (reactivity, speed, explosive power, and resistance)
– individual fencing lessons
– free and controlled fencing bouts
– competition simulation
In recent years, athletes from 36 countries and 5 continents have participated at our camp. We are a big family in love with fencing meeting every to train on our way to new victories!
– DATES: the camp will take place in Cascia from 1 to 10 August 2023 with two possibilities, the 7 days and 6 nights package and the 10 days and 9 nights package
– AGE: Children from 8 years old can participate in the camp. The fencers will be divided according to their skill level and competition experience.
– TUTORS – COACHES: During the week, tutors and coaches will always be available to the kids, ready to assist and meet their every need
– INSURANCE: Children will be covered by health insurance

Every fencer’s dream is to have a fencing champion, world-renown coach, or trainer at their disposal.
You can train for 30 minutes or an hour, outside camp hours, with a fencing champion or have a private lesson with a fencing or conditioning coach.
